General terms and conditions for providing services electronically

Using the platform's services constitutes full acceptance of the regulations in their current wording. Flagman Casino reserves the right to introduce changes to the content of the document for important technical, legal, or organizational reasons. Users will be informed of any significant modifications with appropriate advance notice. Continued use of the service after the changes constitutes their acceptance.

Formal requirements for users The platform user can only be a natural person who has full legal capacity and is over 18 years of age. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited and constitutes a gross violation of the regulations. Each user can have only one account. Creating multiple profiles results in the immediate blocking of all associated accounts.

Identity verification process During registration, the user must provide true, complete, and up-to-date personal data. We reserve the right to request copies of documents confirming the user's identity and age. Until successful verification, access to some service functions may remain limited. Refusal to provide the required documents entitles us to close the account and terminate the agreement.

The user undertakes to use the platform in a manner consistent with the law and social coexistence rules. It is strictly forbidden to use technical errors, bots, and other tools automating technical interactions. Attempts to hack into systems, modify the website code, or share the account with third parties are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the agreement.

All financial operations on the platform are subject to strict security procedures. The user can make deposits only from accounts or cards of which they are the legal owner. We reserve the right to suspend payment processes to conduct security checks or identity verification. Any operational fees are clearly communicated before finalizing the transaction, if applicable to the given payment method.

The user acknowledges that using the services of the Flagman Casino platform involves an inherent risk of losing financial resources. We do not provide any guarantees as to the positive outcome of interactions or the achievement of any financial benefits. The service is provided "as is," and the operator is not responsible for the subjective expectations of users. Prudence and moderation in using technical services are the sole responsibility of the user.

All content published on the website, including texts, graphics, logos, and the website architecture, is the intellectual property of the operator or is used under appropriate licenses. Copying, modifying, or distributing these elements without written consent is prohibited and constitutes a violation of Polish copyright law.

To the maximum extent permitted by Polish law, the operator is not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or equipment failures on the user's side. We are not responsible for the effects of force majeure or for errors resulting from improper use of the platform. Our total liability will in no event exceed the amount paid by the user within the last 30 days before the event occurred.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently delete an account in case of violation of the regulations, suspicion of fraud, or at the request of authorized state authorities in Poland. The user may terminate the agreement at any time by sending a request to close the account to the support department.

All disputes arising from the use of the platform will be resolved based on Polish law. The parties undertake to first attempt an amicable resolution of the conflict through negotiations. If an agreement is not reached, the dispute will be submitted to the common court competent for the operator's registered office.
